tyre damage
hi guys
I had a brand new set of Uniroyal rain sports on for under a week about a mile car starts to feel funny as more banging sound I get home and find my rear tyre is flat I out air in it and it starts pissing out take the wheel off the seems to be a split across my read and at an angle into the tyre itself would you say I ran over something or a tyre manufacturing fault? as I have these on finance and I know its not repairable as I can see the cords and they damaged to me and I don't want to have to buy a new tyre and pay on finance something that isn't my fault http://i139.photobucket.com/albums/q...pskbotr77b.jpg http://i139.photobucket.com/albums/q...pseragslcr.jpg http://i139.photobucket.com/albums/q...psvhbdcto5.jpg%20Uploads/20141222_182851_zpsgzui3fja.jpg[/IMG] http://i139.photobucket.com/albums/q...ps07ikatwa.jpg http://i139.photobucket.com/albums/q...psagiv5kgq.jpg http://i139.photobucket.com/albums/q...psztprvbw5.jpg http://i139.photobucket.com/albums/q...psju99ulyf.jpg http://i139.photobucket.com/albums/q...ps5r58uzkn.jpg http://i139.photobucket.com/albums/q...pskbotr77b.jpg |
That looks like a manufacturing defect...
I had a similar problem with a Dunlop, there was like plastic fibre coming out of a split. My tyre man sent it back to Goodyear/Dunlop & they replaced it From your pics it looks like the tread has also deformed, not sure that would be the case if you'd just run over something sharp. Hope you get it sorted. |
