Crushed or deformed TMIC to turbo hose
 

While checking my oil today I noticed the hose from the TMIC to the turbo looks crushed (or at least partially restricted). I've not noticed any difference in the way it drives and don't know how long it's been like that. What could cause this, and is it damaging to my engine or wil it just restrict performance?

Car is a 2009 330S and the hose has already been upgraded to a SAMCO one.

how do you mean crushed, take it off and stick a picture up

I'm working away at the moment so I can't take a pic right now. It looks like a vacuum has sucked it partially closed if that makes sense?
