SWS Monthly Meet-December 10th 2014
 

Next month's meet will take place at the usual location of The Toby Inn at Cardiff Gate just off junction 30 of the M4, on Wednesday the 10th of December, 2014.

This will be the last meet before the Christmas break and will no doubt be a busy time at the Toby. I've spoken to a staff member at the last meet and I was advised to pre book a table the week before the meet so if you would like to eat that night would you please let me know by placing (Meal) or the number of meals required after your name so I can get an idea of how many people to book the table for.
I've booked the table on Wednesday evening for 7:30pm, hope this meets with everyone's approval.

I'll be looking to book the table at the Toby a week tonight which is the 3rd of December for the Xmas meet following Wednesday. If you wish to eat at the meet then could you please add your name to the list if you haven't already done so.

Ladies and Gents, I seem to have had a slight issue with booking the table at the Toby next Wednesday in as much as they are firm with requiring a £5 deposit per head to book the table, speaking to Ty this evening he was able to book the table last year without issue. I was hoping to book for a party of 22, a few extra in case a few decide to come closer to the date so no one is left out.
I'm sure you can see the situation in as much as if I pay the full deposit I'm going to loose £5 for every person if they're unable to come for any reason.


So we do can do this one of two ways. We can just turn up and hope for the best but as you're aware people that have booked take priority or you can send me a £5 deposit via PayPal sent as a gift although this will be non refundable if you're not able to attend for any reason. Obviously I can only book for the number of people who have sent me the deposit.

Your thoughts on this would be appreciated.

Happy to send you some cash over Jay.. What a pain ! If we don't book we are going to be split up everywhere and at different times if we get in at all. Or we book for jan :)

When I run through everything with a member of staff at the last meet I was told that it would be ok :brickwall. I'll just wait for a few more to reply and I'll send a pm with my email addy :thumb:
