It's been way too long

Oct 16th

iPad Air
Apple TV
iMac
Yosemite

I think there'll be quite a few surprises.

dpb 13 October 2014 10:10 PM

Time of the month.?

markjmd 13 October 2014 10:21 PM

Anyone else wish he'd **** off to Yosemite, and stay there? :D

Cannon Fodder 13 October 2014 10:26 PM

I'm looking to see what developments there are on the iPad Air, Apple TV and possibly Mac Mini or Macbook as I'm seriously contemplating a new iPad plus one of the other two.

I nearly ordered a current iPad Air 128gb until I realised the new models are just about to be unveiled, even if I don't get the latest model it'll help to get some bargains on the outgoing model. ;)

Mac Mini, I'd forgotten about it, definitely been too long. I'm in for a new iPad too I think.

What would it take for you to stop posting on my threads, it's weird.

stevebt 14 October 2014 07:27 AM

No, what we need are a few more twats to jump on threads to try to spoil them, know anyone, no skill just moan about Apple threads then cut and paste any crap you find on the internet, if you can spell Fanboi then all the better.

No, no, what I thought i'd do is wait for anything posted by you, then in capitals write CRAP to save some time. It won't matter what the thread is about, it'll be crap.

dpb 14 October 2014 09:33 AM

CRAP

It's easy, just don't read threads started by Jack. :thumb:

Having recently started using a Mac based system at work via a mini mac i can confirm there is very little difference between a mac and windows system.

You still have to reboot the feckers when they freeze up ;)

The mouse is a joke but the keyboard is lovely, but why white..

JackClark 14 October 2014 11:23 AM

I still use the Magic Mouse, but rather than a joke I haven't found anything better and this one must be 5 years old. White would not be my first colour choice. Unless doing something extraordinary or running Microsoft products mine and the ones I look after never freeze, not when I'm using them.

gotta be honest here and say im back on the Microsoft band wagon these days

really think Satya and phil spencer are making some killer moves!

My iphone i like, but only because its familiar to me and i have no doubts i could get the exact same functionality from any other device

My ipad though cant remember the last time i even used it, must be year ago now?

at home i use a windows laptop and if i want to watch a movie etc i just use the streaming push function to my TV or Xbox One and it really works great :)

im guessing Apple will go down the killer Surface Pro 3 route and release a full blown Apple OS on a tablet device

No that would be copying Microsoft. But what if they did something revolutionary and instead release a "full blown tablet" using Apple OSX. They can call it iPad Pro,...no wait...Pro's been done....iPad Plus. That's different, that's innovative, that is game changing! :D

You're so funny. Apple release one of its products, but with a bigger screen, they're copying. Microsoft or Samsung release a product to compete with Apple, often looking exactly like an Apple product, not copying.

I've just seen the latest Samsung in Tesco, iPhone 5.

Samsung would never copy Apple, just compare our new bevelled edge on the Galaxy, nothing like the iPhone 5. Wait, which one is the iPhone 5??

lol im guessing sarcasm :D

i think the whole mobile/tablet market needs to revolutionize again, it really is in a poor hardware/screen upgrade cycle now, there hasn't been anything for such a long time now

even the internet is stuck i guess, its so hard these days to move people away from facebook/twitter/youtube etc and get them on fresh sites etc

And they were even kind enough to copy the protruding piece round the camera that everyones complained about on the 6. :lol1:

That is rubbish, then you look at the stunning images that only the iPhone 6 can produce and you forgive them.

Rescue Dude 14 October 2014 03:39 PM

I bought an ipad air just after last xmas. Really pleased with it up until the update to ios8. Piece of sh1t that is. When does the next patch come out to get it back to how it was?

Yes, the bevelled edge is beautiful in it's design, so clean, so defined, perfect, not like the new iPhone 6 edges that resembles an old well used flat bar of soap, such a shame and a big step backward to 2007, it's an iPhone 3 that's been under a rolling-pin.

It's not the end of the world, when I'll buy a cover for mine anyways.

Did make me chuckle though to see everybodies least favourite feature on the new iPhone on another phone though.

dpb 14 October 2014 04:48 PM

I guess you'll believe what you want to believe, and have invested in

G3 appears to be better camera, especially when price is taken into consideration

You posted nothing more than an advert about another launch in your endless quest to convert the world to overpriced throwaway tech.
