Hydra Anti-Lag Engagement?

Morning, does anyone know the correct sequence to engage the anti-lag with Hydra Nemisis??
I seem to be doing something wrong or forgotten how to engage it. Been a while since I used it, was rather embarrassing when I went to use it and had a blank look on my face

Cheers in advance
