Impreza acknowledgement
 

Am I just encountering randomly nice people driving Impreza's around Salisbury or is it just a normal thing to acknowledge other scooby drivers?
4 times in a week now.

I use to put my hand up to other clssic Impreza owners, or they would to me, never had it with newage models think they think there a cut above lol

2008+ i don't think most of them know there driving a Subaru, or could careless

I've a newage STI and acknowledge all Subaru's - Bar the 1.6 ones lol...

Not saying all do, just 75% i'd say

Mines a blobeye and so far it's been similar aged models doing it. Better get my waving arm ready for some more then! Lol

think you will find that most scoobie drivers wave if they see you and if they don't wave its probably because they did not clock you and not because they are miserable gits ;)


It does not matter if its a classic or new age.

I've got a blob and wave at every other Impreza :thumb:

Don't get many waves back though, they all must be miserable sod's around here :(

I'd say a 90% hit in our part of the world.

i go wales and not found that

if i see an old sh1tter coming towards me with a wrc sticker kit they get a facepalm :)

I always flash my lights and stick my hand up to other Subaru's when I'm in mine and 50% of them achknowledge me back.

Since I posted this, I haven't seen any around. Will definitely give a wave and see how many do it back now though 😃
