Engine Transplant EJ207STI INTO 2001 WRX
 

My bottom end has gone on my 2001 wrx and I'm going to put a 2002 sti lump in its place.

But is there anything that is not compatible that I need for the conversion?

I have bought the STI Engine,Loom and ECU. Will the gearbox,clutch,etc fit? and what other parts might I need?

Box and clutch will fit. You have all the relevant stuff, you need to swap it all around I believe

so if i want to upgrade my clutch and flywheel which one do I buy? Also what's my ej205 engine worth?

Your engine is worth pretty much **** all,in working order they are only worth a few hundred let alone with bottom end failure

You need a 5speed clutch and flywheel,there are 2types tho.......push and pull type so make sure you get the correct one
