Hi mate. The pipe that goes down between the camshaft cover and fan housing can be slightly squashed to give clearance. I didn't on mine , I chose to grind a bit off the fan housing. We also had clearance prob with the bumper but ,after checking out a DIY on here, made clearance cuts on the bumper . Can't be avoided with these pipes

Cheers
so you had to cut where the fog light sits
if I cut that how do you refit fog light

Sox forgot the other problem. The pipe from throttle body to intercooler does run very close to the battery and I think the only way round that may be to trim a bit off the bottom pipe into the inter cooler so it brings it more towards the centre of the car. Prob only talking an inch or so but check first before cutting.!

I'm pretty certain that we used some decent size tie wraps. Used from behind you can't see them and , to be honest , after spending nearly all day installing it, that's all we could be bothered with. That was 2 years ago and still on !

Just remember to check first on clearance and only cut off what's needed.

when me and mattyb fitted mine we had to trim loads off,the spot light we trimmed some metal back plate thenkept trimming bottom part you can see the pipe next to spot thats why most people put fog light covers on it can be done .

the top battery pipe i trimed to so it sat further down as hit the oil top up pipe .

on my kit it hit the trurbo end up buying a 90 degree silicone pipe and cutting the alloy pipe found this easier ,,it took us a whole day just trimming and cutting to get it all to fit ...

if you need pictures just pm me your number and will send a load
