Classic 2kturbo couple of questions

Got a 1999 v 2000 turbo uk
Mica blue
Oz super legerras
Standard apart from p1 sti rear box and some adjustable suspension not sure what make (red in colour and adjustment dials on rear shocks are on the stem behind the hub region)

It had a baileys dump valve on which ive taken off and put on ebay. i gotta say it felt faster with that installed. Is that likely to be the case?
Cant see how unless it reduces turbo "stall"

Also she feels a little unsettled when braking hard above 80mph anybody know if this is a typical classic impreza characterist feels like the left hand sode is biting harder (thats with me driving alone and im 100kg mind)

Doubt it was faster with the dump valve fitted just noisier :)

Sticky piston(s) in the calipers could be the problem.

Could be the goodride tyres..... Known for sheer awesomeness they arent

I would like it to be a bit noiser to hear that awesome
Impreza burble.... Friends say they can hear it well outside but inside i just hear normal 4cylinder boring soundtrack :(

Although the tyres may be crap I wouldn't have thought they would cause you to pull to one side, I may be wrong though.

Plenty of choices with exhausts for the Impreza, standard exhausts had to meet noise requirements etc but you should still hear it when driving spiritedly :)
