first scoobie
 
hi guys, first time owner of anything subaru or 4x4 car.
picked this up about 2 months ago and im very happy with it :), always been a bmw man but i fancied a change so on ebay i went and this is what i got

my98 turbo 2000
bc racing coilies with adjustable top mounts (can be a bit stiff for some roads)
downpipe back 3" (i think) exhaust
bailey dump valve
magnecore leads
apexi turbo timer
induction kit
prodrive wheels
bigger rad
and a black roof

had a little problem with a leaky front crank seal but put a new one in and changed the cambelt last weekend. Apart from that i cant fault it :thumb:

i did want to tag along for the trip, but it was the day i was doing the crank seal :(. Photos of it look ace :thumb:
I did do a lap of the elan vally a couple of weekends before, never been over the other road though.

The car likes a weekly run-out (even if she doesn't :lol1:).

yeah if your in the area give me a shout, usually work saturdays in the summer but sundays are fundays for the car :)

Id love to go on this, drove round Switzerland France and Italy last winter for a month snowboarding, shame it was in a diesel volvo estate haha.
Don't think I can afford it this year though as I'm supposed I be going to austrailia in December :(. Have to see what the funds are like
