Map check needed after turbo inlet hose replacement?
As per title, should I have my map checked after replacing the oem inlet hose with a Scoobyworx turbo inlet hose? Car is a stage 1 05 wagon, blob. Thanks

Anyone? Loads of people must have done this. I would really like to know before I drive it. Cheers

Normally its not necessary but its always advisable when changing things. The inlet we supply is a lot less restricting that an oem one so will allow more air to flow
|
Thanks Darrell. Should look good with all hoses done
|
no you dont
|
Like to need a tweak, definitely needs checking.
|
Thanks Simon. Straight from the horse`s mouth, so to speak!!
|
Will be doing the same sooner rather than later.
Simon: you back up Aberdeen way at all, as would like a wee tweak/ check if that's okay :) Okay to Pm you as need to pick your brain's about a few things?? :) |
There has been talk of it but I think Wuz has been away with work more than planned.
Of course pm away :) |
