Nice mouse
I'm after a good wireless mouse that doesn't have lag, I have an HP wireless one and it plays up loads as it has so much delay when you try and move it and sometimes you seem to loose where the pointer is as it appears to disappear.
Is it worth me paying out for a gaming mouse? or is there anything better I need to look for? |
I've got one of those logitech unified wireless ones, no lag at all, loads of buttons and 3yr battery life, nice to use. I use one usb adapter (the unified type) which also works with a logitech keyboard, so no need for multiple USB devices.
|
Logitech here too great mice, black lasers in the higher model are better on all surfaces
|
or get one with a wire ;)
|
Just chucked an Acer one...it was OK but the wireless keyboard ate batteries.
Gone back to wired. |

This is mine, |
I have a Razer Orochi, it's never failed me yet and there is absolutely no lag. Comes as wired and wireless (detachable wire). A tad on the expensive side though I must add.
|
i went away from wireless, adn have to say does seem to be more responsive. Got one of these,
|
I have a Logitech 'Anywhere MX' wireless. It works really well on all kinds of surfaces, but it has terrible wireless range and eats batteries. Can't recommend it :(
|
By the sounds of it I think I will have to pay a lot more for a good mouse than I originally thought :)
|
hahaha, youc an get chinese copies on amazon and ebay for cheap enough, just depends on what you want.

The madcat I found wanted to lift at the front when your hand is resting on it, giving a false reading, felt nice in the hand though. I've tried a few mice over the years and really like the roccat, gave up with wireless as the always run out at a really important stage, time etc |
I have just bought a new monitor and due to its high res the lag is even worse now

I have narrowed my choice down to these two mice, which would you choose considering both get excellent reviews?
