Why is my Lamco steering mount gauge making a slight humming sound when boosting up.

Can it be fixed?

Might be that the boost air pipe is loose and some air is escaping making the humming noise..

Is it easy to take the gauge out of the rubber casing?

When I brought it, it was already mounted within the casing.
