does anyone have a 2.5'' decat centre section for classic?
 

Hi,

I will introduce myself properly in this Essex section but my name is George and i have just purchased a 94 WRX Impreza that I am gradually getting up to standard having stood for a few years!

I've just purchased what looks to be a hayward and scott style backbox and centre section secondhand to replace a rather large, blowing kakimoto system.

I've measured the flanges on the exhaust and they are 2.5'' beside the one that connects to the cat/downpipe and that seems to be bigger at 3''.

I cant be 100% sure as it seems strange that someone would have had a 3'' downpipe to a 2.5'' system and it certainly doesn't look custom made.

If it is a 3'' flange obviously i will have trouble mating it to my standard cat if this is the case does anyone local (braintree/chelmsford area) have a 2.5'' centre section laying around!?

A long shot but thought i would ask.
