Samsung camera corrupted jpeg files who else
Ive got a samsung galaxy 2 camera with a 32.gig sandisk micro sd card in and formated.
Now last week the card was used takeing pictures as normal and video as we went abroard to a wedding. Then later that night i was going through the photos and noticed these broken picture files that cant be seen and a important wedding video aswel. As anybody else had problems like that and woundering what to do to get the picture to show. I've read that theirs programs to use but i've not searched for any. But came across this google search http://sentryytech.blogspot.gr/2013/02/fix-corrupted-jpegs-made-by-samsung.html?m=1 Who configured a corrupted file for it to work properly. I've took 720 photos and got 10 corrupted pictures and a video aswel |
Samsung phones kill non samsung micro SD cards, would swap it now before it dies.

It's worth taking a clone of the SD card before you think about *any* kind of data recovery.
That way you can make any number of attempts to recover data from the clone/copy. but you've always got the original protected. First rule of digital forensics. Unless there's absolutely no other option, never work on the original. :) |
ok. was going to look into a samsung micro sd card

Its hard to find a 8gb class 10. And thats plenty big enough for a camera. 700 photo's and 6 video's came to 3.50gig size. One day it was playing up and wouldnt let me look at the photo's.
