Teachers who refuse because of their religious beliefs could face disciplinary action.

Don't really have much of an issue with this. I'd probably put this in the "Dismiss" tray along with a young child coming home from school talking about god, Jesus and creationism. All of which I don't believe in.

What I do have an issue with is gay marriage adoption. No particularly reason or that the child is in danger, it just doesn't sit well with me.

SamUK 02 May 2014 05:13 PM

Still wrong for a 6 \ 7 year old!

DYK 02 May 2014 05:27 PM

Bloody hell.

I remember when a kid I played with mates and did kid stuff, reading a book at school was treasure island.
Just let kids grow naturally for feck sake, reading books about being gay, mommy and daddy got a divorce.
:brickwall

Christ when I was 8/9 , a schoolmate took us home to see his dad's pron collection in his loft.

How we've progressed ...:wonder:

In a few years they will need books entitled "It's OK for a man to marry a woman".

Just to re balance things.

To add.
I wouldn't say we have progressed,or I guess I grew up when family values actually meant something, probably less people getting divorced, was brought up having a mother and father..

Maybe because Daddy takes it up the arse?

dpb 03 May 2014 08:44 AM

I'd be surprised if it went into that much detail

But from what I see above it reads like some kind of degree course study format

,I mean who the hell gets married in primary school anyway

Until they start including a complementary butt plug with such literature I really don't think we should be worried! ;) :D

It sure is a strange world we live in,if 2 men love each other and ****,then happy days but aren't the kids a bit young for this? It's like there planting seeds.a conspiracy I say!

RA Dunk 03 May 2014 08:21 PM

Actually I would agree with any parent being offended with this, I wouldn't like my kids being taught this in primary school FFS.

pimmo2000 04 May 2014 09:20 AM

I think kids getting married is wrong, gay or straight.

ScoobyWon't 04 May 2014 06:57 PM

How does Daddy and Daddy make a baby anyway? :Suspiciou

Or are they trying to say that having a baby and raising the child is traumatic enough for daddy to start batting for the other side? :wonder:

They can't silly, they need to get someone to do it the 'old fashioned way' with one of them wimmin things first.

zip106 04 May 2014 10:08 PM

When I was that age the only book I was taking home was 'Little Black Sambo'....

:Suspiciou

RA Dunk 04 May 2014 10:18 PM
