Ouch need a new Turbo
 

Hi Guys,

Not been on here for a few years but still running my Scooby as a second car unfortunately it is smoking badly from the turbo.... It is a 1998 UK Turbo 2000.. with a td04 turbo I believe, but not sure...

My question is does anybody have any recommendations as to who to get a new turbo from without paying Main dealer prices!!!!

Google brings up loads of companies but I would prefer to buy from someone who has a good reputation..

What you'd pay for new I'd say it wouldn't be worth it. Try the certified dealers section on here, they would have a few options and offer som kind of aftersales back up.

To be honest a second hand TD04 is going to be 50-120quid, its not worth getting a new one as you can get alot of 2nd hand ones for the money and at least one of them will be a decent one!

Except maybe mine.....
