I have not used Scoobyclinic myself for mapping. But know a lot who have. Have a look on UKscoobies forumn. http://www.ukscoobies.com/.
They have a meet most Saturdays so you can go up and have a chat with people and get a feel for the place.

http://www.zenperformance.co.uk/p/Home.html Paul is a nice guy, he remapped my car when I had it. It cost me £300 for my version 1 with ESL daughterboard.

Or Race Dynamix is also one to consider, quite a few people on here rate him quite highly.

Zen performance is in Findon so it's really close to you.

Look into the difference between OS and Ecutek, for <300bhp I just couldn't see the benefit of paying twice the price of Ecutek given that I was using a decent mapper (Andy Forrest). So far I'm super happy with what I've got, and to get 285bhp & 295lb.ft cost me less than you pay for a full Ecutek map and licence!

It may just save you from spending money you don't need to. Duncan at Racedynamix isn't that far from you, travels IIRC, and does OS...

check that all insurance is ok if your getting mobile mapper, your own insurance isn't enough and if something happens may find you get done for driving without insurance as well as not being covered and loosing your car, they will need public liability insurance while working on the car.

Open Source, basically free software designed by a group of fellas that offers an alternative to the extortionately expensive Ecutek route.
I use it myself and have no problems with it. If you dont fancy learning it yourself, you can still pay a professional mapper which works out a lot cheaper as you are paying for the mappers time and experience alone, where ecutek charge for licensing.

You obviously don't. As normal, a wealth of misinformation Tidgy :thumb:

Perhaps you should do some research into who is using it ... you would be surprised ;)
