Wheel adaptor spacers

Hello all.

I used have a 2010 WRX STI, as it had 19s on it I kept the original 18s.

I have just purchased a 2006 WRX Hawkeye with original 17s. I want to put the 18s on it, but when I tried the bolts aren't quite in the correct place.

Am I right in understanding the figure 5x100 is the placement of the bolts and if so is it ok to get a 5x100 to 5x114.3 adapter given these are apparently the wheel sizes?

Will it then mean the wheels will fit and has anyone done this in the past?

Cheers for any help, but I couldn't find a specific answer anywhere.

depends on what offset you have on the alloys matey

I found a NASIOC thread with all wheels on. Both offset are 55. Is that going to be a problem?

good offset that.you can now buy adapters in 15mm from 5x100 to 5x114,3s.this will give you an offset of et 40
