Tegiwa harness bars

I've not had much luck posting this in other areas of the site so will give this ago, apologies if this a double read.

I'm looking at getting a harness bar from the above dealer for my road legal harnesses. After doing research it seems that a while ago if you were a taller person and had your seat adjusted all the way back then there was a issue with the proximity of the harness buckle from the rear of the seats and the harness bar, not allowing the correct adjustment. Does anyone know if this problem was solved as my seating position means that my seat is always as far back on the the runners as it goes.

If no solution was found are you able to use the harness bar as a type of pivot point for the harness straps and then secure them to the rear seatbelt mounting points? I just want to be able to achieve the correct angle rather than going straight from the seats and down to the rear mounting points without the harness bar as I know this is a no no.

Thanks in advance.
