Yep will be going with AD08-R's, as I really likedthe AD08's my previous one. Though saying that its currently on hankook ventus v12 evo tyres and I am pretty impressed with them so far in the dry :thumb:

Micheals old car, was going to buy it a while back but body needed attention. A lot of car for the money :thumb:

Dreep 18 June 2014 12:09 PM

As said on 22b, that thing looks swag. If Verindeer passes up the wind deflectors let us know as I'll have them. I like that climate control thing you've done, never seen that before, was it difficult to wire up?

banny sti 18 June 2014 09:56 PM

Cheers for the comments guys, bodywork is in the process of being tidied. This is going to be project slow burn as I want to enjoy every stage rather than spend spend spend and get fed of up waiting, which I did to some extent on the previous one

gussy 18 June 2014 11:26 PM

:lol1:Banny thats what I should have put as my signature (project slow burn) instead of 365 days at the beginning, like the way your going about it this time handling first :) power 2nd.

:lol1: seems quite apt for most projects, after getting my last one back from chevron it was a day/night difference. I decided then If I do anything again handling and stopping will be priority as power is the easy part, on the note of power talking to a couple of people inc Matty about a front mount turbo setup later in the year :norty:

gussy 19 June 2014 01:58 PM

Nice one :) I had a look at Fuds set up when I was down picking mine up from Mattys last week , should I or shouldn't have I :) for now I will stick with my rotated/clocked SC42/46 twin scroll and see if it works :) after I got matty to fabricate the pipework for me

There pretty good in the wet too Banny :thumb: I think it was Daz Davis that raved about them that's why I went with them as they're good value for money. Iirc £86 fitted per corner. :)

Gus have you finished building your classic track car? Was gonna try and catch up with you at the NBO but can't make it as the Mrs is doing Race for life.

:)

banny sti 25 June 2014 02:54 PM

Thats an excellent price and I prefer them to the RE070s, will see If I can get them in 225/45s. Mike twisted my arm so collecting this from him later today :D
