KW Coilovers- adjust camber?

Hi all,

Been looking at the V1 (variant 1) in particular. Can one get some front and rear camber adjustability with these as standard?

Or do you need camber bolts?

Or camber plates?

Or topmoutns (something like the group N ones perhaps)??

Ideally would like to just use bolts but I read somewhere these allow a bit of adjustability due to their design. Any clarification would be very helpful thanks!

KW V1's would work well with the Whiteline Com-C front top mounts and oe camber bolts. Together they will allow up to around -2.5 degrees camber depending on the car and also increase caster.

If you use the Grp N top mount you'll get around -1.5 degrees camber.

The rears will work with your oe top mounts and have more camber adjustment than you'll need.

I run KW Clubsport's with the above set up and they are great. Silent, no knocks, squeaks, rattles or anything.
They get daily driven and have done approx 200 laps of the Nurburgring.

Also, KW after sales support is superb. They might cost a little more but have a proven track record and are well worth the extra imo.

Brilliant reply nic, everything I needed and wanted to know. You have been very helpful thanks again. Could it be a good idea to use whiteline C-Max ones if I were to get a hold of them in the front ?

The C-Max ones will also work but might be a little harsher as they're a solid top mount.? I don't know first hand as I haven't used them.
IMO you can't go wrong with the Com-C ones for daily driving/track use.

iv fitted the whiteline max c to my kw clubsports and they are solid but not back breaking when we fitted them we played about to see how much camber we could get with them and camber bolts we ended up with 5.4 and 5.5 lol speak to alyn at as performance for whiteline and kw stuff very helpful chap

Indeed AS is very helpful. Thanks for the posts guys you have been extremely helpful as well. :) The advantage I see with something like the whiteline max c is that I will be able to get more castor too, which would allow me to run slightly less static camber and have more dynamic camber.

This will beo on KW V1's fyi :)
