engine oil on a wrx import

Hi
I just wondered what every uses in there engine. I have a wrx import running 360bhp. From a little bit of research I understand that Silkolene Pro S 10w50 is the way to go?

I have also read good thing about this Millers 10/40 CFS Fully syn .

any advice appreciated.

It is one of the more preferred oil on here. But, you will go on all day and receive many different recommendations.

What is in it now? How long has it been running said oil?

If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
