Does not make a huge difference where you want to place it. People have argued to put it on the hot or cold side for a while now!
Seems most FMIC kits have the BOV attachment just somewhere on the cold side around 6-12" from the throttle body! |
That's where mine feeds into, and it was fitted by the late, great, Harvey.

Do i bolt it stright to the pipework if so do i need some kinda fitting kit , anyone got sum pics of thers fitted so i can see where n how its fitted
|
You'll need an adaptor, and a silicon joiner.
Pic of mine with my home made adaptor, to give you a rough idea. Mine is an early car, so not totally accurate for your needs. https://fbcdn-sphotos-d-a.akamaihd.n...29347910_n.jpg Fitted: https://scontent-a-lhr.xx.fbcdn.net/...94969215_n.jpg |
So its just a case of making a plate that i can bolt my bov to and a silicone hose the other side and looks like weld a piece of pipe to my intercooler pipe that i can attach the hose to ??

You need 1 adaptor plate, 1 hose joiner from the FMIC pipe to joiner and 1 hose joiner from recirc back to the inlet pipe. |
