Impreza version 6 workshop manual,which 1?

looking for a workshop manual for my jdm version 6 sti.
Prefer a paper or PDF formatted manual as I don't have a computer that takes a cd anymore.
Anybody got any recommendations to the best 1?
It's mostly fr rebuilding my ej20 engine so I'm mostly interested in torque values,clearances,sizes etc.

Ive tried them they wont download get so far then say failed download 👎
