oh come on it was ment in jest how many over 70 year old hoons do you know . there is a old git driving a mint escort cossie in green where i live and its just never right imho he probably retired took his lump sum went into ford dealer and said i want the top of the range escort please , it compares with hugh hefner if you like (just not right) and a waste. my old man was 66 when he passed away a petrol head to the last . but sadly mother made him buy a 106 pug to run around in ., ( that slowed him down a bit ) i had to take him out in mine every now and then for a speed fix . but he never wanted to drive it . said he lost the urge to drive fast when he retired .

Not true, show me an impreza that is 'cheap' to run.

You don't have to be 'poor' to be a chav, i see plenty of chavved up cars that would have cost more than a hawk.

I think people with 'too much' money are just as guilty as anyone else.

I suppose it depends how deep your pockets are, and how you perceive a chav.

Compared to my last two cars, a TVR and an M3, the Subaru is cheap to run!

Because that would mean that SNet would be different. You know what people around here think about standing out from the crowd.
