Going back a few years my brother got jumped and had his teeth kicked out if his head. The officers who attended were pushy and agressive. They actually attempted to force a statement out of my brother while his teeth were hanging out of his face attached to his braces. His clothes were saturated with blood and they tried to stop my mum taking him to the hospital so they could allow a police officer to take photos for evidence. Saxo Boy is correct about the police, some police officers that is.
Many many years ago a couple of them tried to stich me up on a speeding charge. Its a long story but they lied about everything. My father complained about the summons to the Chief Constable. The summons was held pending an investigation and interviews of my friend (who was in the car) and myself. The circumstances did not fit the charge and it was dropped. I later heard two officers had been punished. |
