Can i just say a slightly belated BIG THANKYOU to CharlieWhiskey for all the effort in organising the trip.
A brilliant 170 mile route through peaks and troughs, hills and valleys, straights and curves - and a decent lack of traffic n'all. Scrummy lunch stop, followed by a fantastic camp-site (gotta be the best ever) led to a gathering of a fair few Scoobs (preceeded by a fair few pints ;) ) So - to all you miserable bu66ers who chickened out at the last minute with feeble excuses (casper excepted, as at least he turned up to apologise in person) - i hope your tent leaks (should you ever actually camp!). Pictures will be posted soon! mb |
