The whole of this Keith Michael's thing has just too much to seem good anymore. Credit control computer generated nuisance letters... all the phoning and nagging to speak to one bloke only...

I gave up after phoning 3 times and leaving messages and no-one getting back. I was a returning customer...

They are a claims management company who deal with every aspect of a claim.

They do deal with the PI side aswell, as insurers would rather you use a professional company who don't take the piss with charges, than one of the web/TV companies who take the insurers for every penny they can.

Pretty much all brokers work in exactly the same way.

I think you'll find most insurance companies will send computer generated letters to chase outstanding money.

And most people don't mind only being able to speak to me, as they'd rather do that than never to speak to the same person more than once in an Indian call center.

I had to use your claims company at xmas when rear ended, very efficient did everything they said they would. used the bodyshop I wanted gave them green light quickly after sorting other drivers insurer agreement quickly.
Got me replacement car whilst mine fixed, could not get comparable so ended up with BMW M3 for a few days. so all in all a professional efficient service.:thumb:

i wasnt aware you had to use any other company to sort out your claim? i thought thats what the insurance company was for

Well I had an enquiry for Gary late this afternoon and managed to get in touch with him without any drama.
Just checked my phone and it took 3 calls over 10 minutes to get an answer and when I did the service was as excellent and efficient as ever. A 3 minute phone call to answer all my questions and get a quote on my second car – result!! :notworthy Suppose you can’t please everyone.

tubbytommy 09 March 2012 09:56 PM

well here is my experience of moleys service.
my insurance runs out end of the month so i thought i would give moley a try as i heard good things.
phoned him monday morning to get a quote, he was busy so pm him here, he phoned me back within the hour and gave me a great quote.
as i was at work i hadnt got my card to pay with me so pm him to ring me the next day for payment which he kindly did and all was sorted.
surely its better to be patient as its a good thing if he is busy as this means they are a good company.
one pm is enough and be patient:thumb:
i saved a fair few quid and have all mods declared so couldnt be more pleased.

The company you are talking about is Winn Solicitors when someone reversed into me in August I pHoned KM and got them they were first class I didn't have to lift a finger my car was a classic with facelift front end FMIC and pretty much non standard throughout the garage they sent it to in Flint did a first class job of repairing it to my spec and unlike other companies they valued it what it was worth to me not book price, otherwise it would have been written off and i would have got about £2000 for a car that owes me £10000. I would recommend KM to anyone who asked. and the claims solicitors were a credit to them IMO

I had the same problem as the OP. I 'phoned for a quote and got the usual " all busy , will call you back" ~ they didn't. Tried a second time and got exactly the same. They are now off the list as I refuse to use a company that can't do basic customer service.

Good to hear the positive feedback about the claims department (Winns)

Thanks to those who have posted positive comments, and apologies to those i haven't been able to get back to.
