Yes make them break rocks and work them really hard but before release cuff then to a bed, immobile ,for 3 months so when they are released all their muscles have wasted , frikin scum..

The bizzare thing is that although his actions were utterly wrong,he THOUGHT he was doing good for his country...rioters don't aim to acomplish something good for others so Breiviks morals outstrip the looters , thats not a nice comparison for a looter,
