Even 850cc seems a little over the top - when I'm running 500bhp I will still be on the 650cc's only when or if I go towards 600bhp would I look at 800cc injectors.

Injector Size = (Engine HP (Flywheel)) x (Brake Specific Fuel Consumption) / (No of injectors) x (Duty Cycle)

BSFC for Subaru engine (turbo) = 0.55 - 0.60

Static injector duty is 100% but a maximum duty shouldn't exceed 90% with a average maximum duty set to 80% to allow for enough head room.

500 x 0.55 / 4 x 0.9

275 / 3.6

76.38 Ib/hr

1 cubic centimeter per minute (cm3/min) = 0.0 977 964 937 508 Ibs/hr

76.38 / 0.0 977 964 937 508

= 781 cc injectors for 500 bhp at standard fuel pressure at 90% duty

For 600 bhp at standard pressure

600 x 0.55 / 4 x 0.9

330 / 3.6

91.66 / 0.0 977 964 937 508

= 937cc

Tyron I think your going to need bigger injectors or run a higher fuel pressure which in turns lower ther injector life expectancy.:thumb:
