Sorry, had meant to reply when the question was asked, but not gotten around to it.

Our car is UK STI 2005 currently running the standard STI map

The rest of the system has been replaced by our Afterburner 2.5" pipework finishing in our RaceBox silencer. No other mods. Still no CEL issue either.

Limited stock of the New Age Ninja DP with Sports cat should be available early to mid Oct.

Nice one Neil - Sounds GREAT :D

Seeing as I currently have 2.5" (Stock oem size) pipework (i.e. decat centre and de-resonator) + Racebox, I should be fine (though on an 02 STI).

I'll order one closer to the time...

Cheers,

Mark

Hi guys, we still trying to get numbers for a new gb on these downpipes? I might be interested in a classic flavour.

James Neill 22 September 2006 12:09 PM

I just bought mine in the end as I didn't want to wait any longer. It was fitted to replace a Magnex decat downpipe on a full decat car. You can hear the turbo spin up more clearly on the sports cat - but I thing this due to the different neck design compared to the Magnex.

I think I do feel the car being ever so slightly more hesitant compared to the full decat - but this may just be my brain playing tricks. The car was mapped specifically for a full decat exhaust - so I may get it redone again to account for the sports cat.
