well i'm guilty cuz i only wave at classics. :lol1:

the scoob drivers of bishop, darlo, spenny and surrounding areas seem to be pretty consistent, new age, classics, wagons etc all seem to flash lights and make some sort of gesture mostly while still gripping the wheel as (a) its safer, (b) its more manly than a full on 'wooohoo' and (c) you never know when the local constabulary is going to be hiding in the bushes ready to relieve you of your hard earned.

Waved and received a waves back from a classic and a bugeye owner yesterday. :D

Do what i do, if they don't wave transform the wave in two fingers....

Same here, there are two here in Haverhill that never acknowledge me. A both bugeyes. One black other blue.
Think also they are not really Scoob enthusiasts, just owners.

In 1995 the 2000 Turbo was rare and appreciated only by enthusiasts. Jump forward ten years and the models profile and image has changed beyond all recognition, as has that of its typical driver. The friendly knowing-clique has lomg since disappeared..... Sorry.

8 out 9 waves over the weekend,the one who didn't wave had blinkers on.

Some times even in the Peugeot 406 hack to work.
Some time miss A Scooby if looking the wrong way.

Had my first wave last week, just caught onto this thread just now. Had a wave from a black N Reg WRX. Waved back promptly, I see it as a friendly acknowledgement that we are priveleged enough to own such a fine car. :thumb:

I agree to a point BUT almost ALL give me a wave back :thumb:

if you ask me... der's jst 2 many stuck up c*ck's ere ... thats y no one waves back!
