Dont believe everything you hear about Bradford, its a top place, but like any other city it has serious problems with crack/heroin and related thuggery...the problem is not particular to Bradford, its a nationwide one...its just Bradford is a smaller city so the thggery is more concentrated and visible..

Its a beautiful city, with lots of green green countryside, and awseome landscapes, and crack is real cheap too!

Political capital does not come into this. The point is, this sort of extreme crime is getting worse, the Crims just don't care and put no value on other people's lives any more. It is no good trying to change the way they think and act with PC methods. They know right from wrong perfectly well and if they are prepared to kill to escape capture in a robbery then the punishment is just too soft at the moment.

We need really hard punishment for these crimes and such as in this case I believe we need to go back to earlier times where killing a policement was a capital offence. The attempt to reform convicts is generally a waste of time and we need to go back to unpleasant imprisonment with real hard labour attached as well.

Until the Crims know that the reward for what they do is a punishment that they will truly hate and never forget, we will never start to reduce crime-it will continue to increase.

Although i live like 5 minutes away from the killing, this happened around the corner of our second house. N the estate agent robbed was my dads mates. I dont understand how but even after being robbed twice before, and having top of the range security installed, hes been robbed once again and this time someone killed. Funny thing is, the police station is just down the road.

Sad story indeed, especially with a persona being killed in the line of duty leaving behind her little ones.
