they usually & thus presumably same this time say that if yer terminal velocity is greater than 100mph then YES you need a helmet or if yer in a open top car bu i've never seen them apply this to the standard or even not so standard subarus etc, but if u have a helmet & expect fast times or even if not it cant hurt to bring it ;)

is a lid defo required for running on the strip??

scooby_si 08 October 2003 10:15 PM

if yer doing over 100mph at the end, termial velocity, then yer supposed to have ahelmet. May get away with it & standard scooby unlikely to hit a tonne but if u think u will dont be surprised if they tell u to bugger off after u do it although i have seen many ppl run over a tun & never get stopped..... but you've been warned although its only 3 runs anyway init ;)

We have a hell of alot of cars coming tommorrow and I never did get round to emailing people individually to tell them all the convoy and meet up details so please if you have any questions what so ever phone me today on 07739178234.

Take this number down NOW incase you miss the convoy and need a window sticker later on.

Also if you're intending to have ago down the strip DON'T FORGET YOUR DRIVING LICENCE.

Now get outside and get cleaning.

See you all in the morning. Drive safe and don't drink too much tonight.
