Scoobyworld are a bunch of muppets

i called before i paid, the lady said in stock and on shelf we agreed i log online and pay and they will defo get item to me before today (i paid tuesday)

now they are saying not in stock until mid January and 'another order must have came in between your phonecall and paying'

complete lies

Sorry scoobyworld but I would have to agree with this.

I've spent a fair bit over the years and would call them for advise occasionally but they don't seem interested these days.
I asked about prosport oil pressure gauge fitting not so long back and she told me that because I hadn't bought them from there that she could not help.
Neil eventually helped me "reluctantly" but he could not answer my questions anyway.
I go to Tim at scoobyparts now, I find him a lot more helpful and his delivery service is brilliant.
Maybe it's just me but if your not handing over bundles of cash people don't really want to help.
In my experience that would include scoobyclinic and powerstation

We can only apologise for this situation - we normally hold a massive stock of Whiteline products from bars to Anti-lift kits and drop links, for fitting and mail-order - its one of our most popular ranges, however earlier this year Whiteline closed its factory in Korea and opened a new one in the USA (or so we're told) which massively affected stock coming into the UK, and as a result we're receiving our usual large bulk orders in dribs and drabs, generally with no idea of what will turn up until the box arrives, often with just a few items inside.

This is supposed to be resolved by Whiteline early in the New Year, its frustrating for us and more so for our customers.

We had just a few 22mm and 24mm bars left in stock earlier this week and multiple enquiries for them.

Sivo - I hadn't realised you'd formed that impression, as its not the way we try to run things. We always try to help our customers out, however we (like I guess most of the other tuners/suppliers) spend a good portion of each week answering calls such as 'I bought this item on an auction site (not from us), can you tell me how to fit it' etc, which normally gets a polite decline - so apologies if we wrongly treated you as such.

RS_Matt - I believe yours was delivered this morning - signed for at 8.32am

Again sincere apologies to anyone affected by the Whiteline situation. We are trying our best with currently a difficult product range.

Cheers!

Wish it hadn't come tbh, what a ******* to fit. Nothing wrong with the product but sway bar mount nuts seized to buggery!!! 90 min job.

TBH I've fitted Superpro droplinks and this 22mm ARB and I can't tell any difference apart from the rear isn't as noisy.

Do you really have to push the car to feel the oversteer and or grip etc?

phonecall and an apology from them

fair play much happier now
