I'll check.

They're doing entrance by car this year, not by person is my understanding. So you'd only need to book a passanger for tracktime if you wanted one.

I'll be there, but on another stand. :thumb:

Tiptoptaf 16 January 2013 12:57 PM

Been looking around a few sites and they are all saying the same thing that for stand cars its £20 entry for the car including upto 4 people inside:luxhello:. If that is true that is good news and a lot cheaper.

Eggy,

I am a bit concerned here. How are you going to collect your ticket? Will you meet us there or or at our meeting point on the M4 (Magor Services). Yorkshire is a long way from Wales.

The Trooper 1815 16 January 2013 01:51 PM

Vehicle PASSEs
To enter Japfest and to display your car will need to purchase a
vehicle pass. This
includes
entry to the show and costs £20 per car. Each vehicle booked is allowed to

bring passengers at
no extra cost, up to a maximum of 4 people per vehicle.

true say, just done a quick google search through maps, can do either to be fair. if i meet you at your meeting point. it adds 30miles onto the journey, which is nothing really from where i'm coming from, i guess i could meet up with you guys. just gotta make sure i set off early and dont get stuck on the way down.

Cheers

If your coming down the M50

1 malpas road Newport NP20 5PA is the nearest one to the sevices with V Power will mean a little extra de-tour that takes you a couple of extra miles but it is only 5-10 miles from the services.

or

Cinderford Street Overmonnow Road Monmouth NP25 5EZ, this about 30 miles from the meeting point but it is on your way just off the A40 and means no de-tour at all.

coleman 17 January 2013 05:27 PM

22 Imprezas will be a sight to behold!

The Trooper 1815 17 January 2013 06:36 PM

And some Evo's and an MX5!

As per the OP, 15th March. This gives people time to confirm, pay and not mess about by putting their names down and then disappearing never to been seen again.

Busterbulldog 18 January 2013 10:35 PM

Do we buy the tickets ourselves or pay you?

The Trooper 1815 21 January 2013 07:39 PM

Me mate. I'll get us a Club Stand.

Details for payment in a few weeks.
