Tiggs - Imagine how many kneesliders you'd get thru on a trackday on that!! lol 300mph down the main straight at Brands, 295mph round paddock hill :) lol
Agreed, Manimal was absolute ****e :D
Airwolf - kewl as f**k
Blue Thundr - hmmm Ok Streethawk - Utter Pants. - The turbo boost thingy when he used to sort of jump in a complete revolution and turn corners and 200 mph. Utter tosh. Now a car that can talk - well that was pure genius :D :D |
What.....like the Maestro :D:p
Indeed - 2.0l Turbo MG Maestro was a great Q car by all accounts. :D:D
Automan ...
Blue Thunder was a very modified Gazelle |
I liked the way the traffic all disappeared in Streethawk when 'Hyperboost' mode was on. I think 'Hyperboost' would be useful even without the extra speed if it made all the traffic disappear.
Does anyone else remember 'Tales of the Golden Monkey' with the Curtiss Flying Boat? |
Can anyone remember the black van on the A-team? Everytime it did a jump or any kind of stunt the headlamps changed from sqaure to round and back to square!
Now that's magic! |
My mistake, it was actually a Grumman G-21A 'Goose'.
Anyway, there's a voice that keeps on calling me. Down the road that's where I'll always be. Every stop I make, I make a new friend. Can't stay for long, just turn around and I'm gone again. Maybe tomorrow I'll want to settle down. Until tomorrow, I'll just keep moving on. |
Now I got the damn tune bouncin in my head :)
What about the Banana Splits and their superb little buggies they drove round in!!! Then of course there is the Hair Bear Bunch :D
Try this for reminising (sp??) http://www.sausagenet.co.uk/ :D A superb site covering everything!!! Chorton and the Wheelies!!! 'ello little lady' :D Oh dear I better go now..... :p |

Not as cool as the music to Droids, which was by Stewart Copeland (of the Police).
What about the 6 million dollar man?
i remembe Jack- one bark for yes two barks for no!
Yes, Airwolf was a Bell 222 with really bad paint-on-film-special-effect hellfire missiles.
Funnily enough, I never wondered what Blue Thunder was. It must have been a pig to get past the FAA certifying it for flight after all those mods. |
Hey! The Littlest Hobo tune brings back great memories. Was it a British production?

Crazy like a fox- that rings a bell!
Can anyone remember 'Hardcastle & McCormack' or something like that. Hardcastle was a judge and the other guy drove the red sports car.
Can anyone tell me what kind of car it was as I can't remember. Damian. |

McCormack was an ex-con.
Crazy Like A Fox was just sad (father and son thing). Mind you, it was set in San Francisco so the car chases looked  |
