I would say closer 10 Ant to be honest mate, the guy is just trying his luck in my opinion. As for the other P1, it looks ok to me although the wheels would need a refurb or you could change then for standard 18s. Give the guy a call and get some more info on it Ant.

£11750 is alot of money, especially for a classic impreza (other than 22B obviously). If its a classic impreza you really want then with a budget approaching 12K you can afford a serious car.
If it was me, id find a well specced type r, with a forged engine and 6 speed for circa £8/9K. Then use the remaining monies for the mods you WILL do.

Another thing to think about is do you really want circa 12K wrapped up in a classic impreza. A 4K car can offer more fun and thrills than you can shake a stick at.
