You must get 56.1 spacers, spigots are a bad idea with these IMHO :)

Im after moving my wheels further out so they dont sit in the arches as much.

These will work, or depending upon how far you need to go, hubcentric spacers and extended bolts will work just as well - these are with 12mm spacers on 8x18s:thumb:

That's the thing - I looked at the 100 --> 114.3 spacers so I could keep my 18" gold redlines from my WRX and stick 'em on my new blob STI, but at nearly £200 even for a cheap ebay set, plus taking the extra bearing stress into consideration I thought I might as well take the money for the spacers, sell my existing wheels and get a set that were the correct offset for the car.

I guess it's personal preference but I didn't fancy modifying the arches for the sake of a few hundred squid, but if you have the know how I guess why not!

Well, yes and no.

Scoob wheels aren't a terrific offset are they? In normal, I mean?

And why shorten the life of a component just because it's "on the way out"?

Seems an odd way of thinking.

Prodrive make ET46 for the PWRC1's which widens the track by 14mm on standard cars. Makes little difference running a 20mm spacer to widen the track to 40. Especially on the 114.3 hubs. My mates wideboy classic runs 25's to fill the arches and after 5 full on trackdays on the hardest suspension known to man his 5x100 hubs ain't failing yet :D the failure rate isn't something that would put me off even if you could quantify it :)

Use these guys, http://www.archenemy.co.uk/?page_id=67, we have had a group buy at MSOC from Phil who cover's our area, they do lots of cars and know there stuff..

BTW if you have 2005+ model with plastic arches you can't roll the rears as there is not enough metal to roll.:thumb:
