Parking on the southbank is first come first served and yes it is busy if you stay till the end don`t expect a quick exit.
Having a printed off southbank pass doesn`t mean you have a reserved space it`s just for the gate marshals to see your intention and direct you the right way once it`s full you`ll be sent to the other car parks.
