You end up in Manchester if you follow the signs to North West on the motorway. That's if you are coming from South-ish end. So, Manchester may be at the bottom of the North, on the West-ish side of the country. I could be wrong, though. :wonder:

Manchester has some really affluent parts and many scummy parts as Jacko says. I grew up in the middle around 4 miles from the city centre...
I think its a great place to have grown up. I have visited London and its suburbs many times,and without exception every city/town/village i have visited is a sh!thole.. Its an awful place to be..:( And the beer is awful...:( And they dont sell gravy for your chips...:( And in general it smells unclean...:( And prices for everything are astronomical...:( |
