I agree with ChefDude. It is his fault for not having a reserve. As it is he entered a legal contract to sell it for the winning bid in the auction, just as much as you are also legally contracted to buy it for the bid that you won with.
Tell Ebay who will not want the bad publicity and threaten him with the court if he won't play. Les |

small claims court - won't cost much and easy to do. good luck - tell us the seller and we can all enjoy bidding on his future auctions.....

Find out where he lives and burn his house down and the car the plate was attached to- harsh, i agree but some people need a firmer hand. Or maybe just leave neg feedback and hope he has a sh1t week/year!!
