Well between 11 and 1 today I was learning some breakdancing moves from B-Boy Swifty and 25 teenagers :)
This afternoon was a bit less exciting, careers for women session with the girls and a tidy up ;)

Had a rant to my mate next door, because when I got home and got out of my car, I noticed someone has put a 'car door' fcuking dent in my near side rear door. It's only five bleedin' months old!!!

I had been for my lunch .. had a jacket potato and salad... then looked on Facebook .. glanced at the lady with the big knockers and looked at the pile of work that needs doing .. then decided against it ..

I did however manage to miss a free lunch, my manager took the team out and I (as you'll all know, as you read my threads ... ) have been some what unwell.. so didnt want to go ..

When this thread was posted I'd just finished a 50 miles bike ride, and realised i'm losing the fitness I built up over the summer.

:)

I was an Appointed Person for crane lifts as well. I haven't done one for 5 years so the qualification has probably lapsed.

For the hour in question today, I was looking around Leeds University Union, eating a pasty thinking how much it had changed since I graduated in 1994! I then went on to my MSc tutorial :D

Really, you HATE them?

Hate is a pretty strong word.

How about, super strongly dislike the idea of children then?

Not all children, just the notion of me producing any :lol1:

For the last hour or so I have been:

Cuddled up the sofa with my 2yr old under her 'blanky' while watching
The Teletubbies, The Wiggles and we're now onto Fireman Sam while sharing a bowl of Coco Pops :)

DCI Gene Hunt 29 October 2010 07:48 AM

I've had a hot soapy shower, got dressed and am now getting ready for an hours driver to work (normally 30 minutes - but with road work diversions now a glorious hour)....

They are always good hours :D

I managed to get an extra half an hour in bed this morning snuggling my 4 year old daughter.

Lucky you! When she decided to get up at 5.45am, I tried to persuade her an extra half hour...or hour...was a good idea but she wasn't having it!
Plus point is that she's having a morning nap so I'm getting a bit of xbox time :)

Sometimes friendship involves a bit of tactful behaviour. The irritation should pass soon enough.
