It would be quite expensive to make as the lettering is printed in from under the adhesive side, and it is not just one colour either, drop me a PM and I'm sure we can sort something out. :thumb:

I don't think that a sticker is classed as being vital to keeping a car on the road tbh, as they only made 400 S202's then they would have had to have ordered all the stickers at the same time to keep manufacturing costs down. The costs involved in manufacturing small orders for things such as stickers spiral the smaller the order. :)

Hmm, i didn't think of that. Well, as long as they supply parts (such as engine, gearbox, interior, panels, electrics etc) then i'm fine. Because i intend to keep my Spec C for a long time....at least until they produce a RA-R version of the GRB hatch STI that i can actually afford.:lol1:

Mine is running very well just had it remapped with Bob Rawle :notworthy after a few modifications - uprated 1.2 bar wastegate actuator, 650cc flow matched injectors (not required yet but as I had them), RCM induction kit, SPT heat shield, Revotec cold air feed from fog lamp cover and a Milltek 3" exhaust system with sports cat. :D

Bob carried out an Ecutek Megarom remap where the boost is mapped to each gear plus you have two switchable maps as well, it pulls like a train and is fast for the standard turbo. I'm waiting for Bob to email me the exact figures but I am expecting around 370bhp/390 lbs ft torque, the next step I suppose is a Litchfield LM420 turbo but that will be the middle of next year at the earliest. :thumb:

Plus I now have Ecutek EasyECU which incorporates Deltadash, so I can now carry out my own datalogging, road dyno's plus loads of stuff that I'll probably never touch. :lol1:

I have EasyECU, but that was bought for my UK bug WRX sometime back. Do you know off hand, is that the same version for our JDM Spec C? If so, great! because i've not sold it, it is lying somewhere. I just have to find it.:lol1:

It's completely stock. It'll probably stay this way for a while as i want to keep it a minter for now. Having said that, i guess i will eventually do something to it as the temptation of keeping it stock is harder to fight that i thought. :lol1: We don't have many good tuners here, so i guess i'll go with some form of load and play ECU reflash from Prova or something.

Yes it accelerates faster than a scoulded cat now, not that it was a slouch before. :D

Yes the non drive by wire (or NDBW as Ecutek shorten to) will work on any newage car operated by throttle cable I believe, if you have EasyECU than a mapper can write a new map for you to upload yourself - but no good for major changes such as turbo, FMIC etc but you can also send your datalogs off as well for him to check. :cool:

That bum looks sickkkk! Is that the standard exhaust? & would those rear lights fit a bugeye rear end?

I made the exhaust with a few bits and bobs from other exhausts i had lying around... needed it fast for brands track day as the blitz it has on most of the time is a tad loud :D

To fit the lights you need the back bumper to mate

I think mine "may" have come with one fitted from Japan, but it was replaced with a low level spoiler :( and at nearly 1100 quid, not sure I want to buy one to replace it :lol1: note on the link I put up about the high level brake light hole, shouldnt be an issue on a Spec C though :) (finigers crossed!)

Yeah, seeing the logs were pretty cool. It made me feel like a pro. :lol1::D I did get someone in the US send a map to me back then (when i was driving my wrx) but it didn't turn out that well (not sure if it was the map or something was wrong with the car) Wasted my money.

I'm from Singapore. And having a map that was done in the UK might not suit the climate and air temps here? :wonder:

The trouble is that the base or first remap really needs to be done on site so to speak, after that provided that no major changes are made then the mapper can tweak the map to suit smaller changes or anomolies picked up on a datalog. I wouldn't want to get into just uploading spurious maps as seems to be the current trend in other car marques. ;)

The map for your climate would need to take into account local atmospheric conditions such as humidity and temperature, having spoken to Bob Rawle previously I am sure he said that he does and has mapped in the Far East so it might be worth contacting him to check. :thumb:

Thanks! To be honest neither do i see my self trying to keep it standard as the list is just building up in my head everyday.

First plan is to push the VF34 to its limit & maybe change the actuator. Also going to improve the fuelling & get the open source option done. Next year summer i will either throw on a MD turbo or go twisted with all supporting mods & test the limit on the STI 7 block. Lets see if it pops at 500 with meth :lol1:

I was actually thinking about getting it weighed after i remove the back seats etc at Powerstation? I've heard they do all these clever things..

I was running a AFP-18 turbo with a Trust FMIC, 3" turbo back, 255ltr/hr fuel pump, and PE 650cc injectors. The map was supposedly used on many cars in the US with a very similar set up. But it didn't run well at all. My guess was the fuelling was not well mapped for the PE injectors. Even after multiple tweaks using the datalogs i sent did not improve things. I gave up.

It's either i get someone who really knows what he is doing map it on site or i'm going for a well researched and mapped ECU such as something from Prova and call it a day.
