I cant be doing with light flooding in, I just use an airline freebie eye mask, better than nothing but I would have complete darkness if possible. :D btw. most curtain/furnishing shops will have rolls of blackout blind material so you could just buy a short length - cheap as chips - stick it on the window and see if it suits. I use yards of it in my conservatory office so I can see my screen. dl |
Tried roller blinds & curtains.
non work, trust me :) you always get light bleed round the edges, as the dont seal flush to the windows. The best stuff we found is a material to which, one side has velcro fitted. the other part of the velcro goes on the window frame. you cut to fit exactly. Once velcro'd in place, you eliminate 99% of the light. what you get is a rectangle of light reflecting round the edges -------------- ! ! ! ! ! ! -------------- Then with a normal pair of blackout curtains :D:D:D Mart |
