And just what are you implying dave ;)

Is it true that, when taking a hump back bridge at speeds in excess of 90 mph, many drivers go through a similar experience to that felt by pre-'discovery' astronauts re-entering the earths atmosphere - namely their torso reduces in size by several inches due to the 'bounce' of the landing and consequently pushing their rectum up towards their mouth?

Anyone in the North Derbyshire/South Yorkshire area may wish to familiarize themselves with Spinny bumps(near Mount St.Mary's College,Spinkhill).A straight road with 3 humps on approximately 1/2 mile long. The council have even been kind enough to relocate the junction at which "air grabbers"had been landing on cars pulling out.
Don't hit them at more than 70ish though(as a mate did 4 up)or you lose bits off the front end.

Some one I knew thought it would be fun to launch over a hump back bridge, got a bit of a shock when he nearly killed the women in the car in front whose roof he landed on because she was stopped in a traffic jam just the other side, I also have nearly had ****wits run up the back of me because they thought it would be clever to not slow down for the bridge.

I was out on my mountain bike last night and there is a hump back bridge at the bottom of a hill on my route. I decided to see how much air I could get and took off about 10 feet as I went over flat out LOL.

Anyway, by coincidence, there was this guy coming the other way in an Impreza and he was so shocked by seeing me so high in the air he crashed into the bridge parapet and smashed up his wing and suspension!! I pi55ed myself.......and carried on riding:D

I note you are in Essex - it wasn't you, was it?:)
