PM sent Neil...

Well I think that could be a wager there Neil, I'll put £10 down you wont win wearing a skirt and off 36 :lol1: :lol1: .................................................. ...

terms and conditions apply:

1. skirt must be no longer than knee length.

2. the said skirt must be worn as fashioned

3. knickers (frilly) must be worn at all times

4. No other garments to be worn over or under (stockings and suspender bet optional)

5. I think local rules say you will have to wear long socks.

6. No High heels

7. No last minute substitutes ie. (Cornelius) No offence Mate.

and lastly all bets are off if in fact you are Scottish :D

Just of to charge the camcorder:thumb:

Darren.

Daren,

the fact you have clearly thought about my wearing of a skirt in such detail, even imagining what underwear, really is rather worrying :D

After some thought, I suspect that even with a 36 h/c I still would not win, so will have to let this challenge go. :p

I am pretty sure the handicap committee wouldnt let you play off 36 even if you did wear a skirt.

Forecast is much the same as now for the weekend :(

Many local courses have been shut, or at best plying to temporary greens, hopefully will be OK to play, but...........

Thts what I read as well but lets hope for the best.
I even went looking for new thermals on the way home today but hope I dont need them :lol1:

ScoobyMaz 07 January 2009 06:05 PM

It's all booked!!!

Sorry for not posting sooner, started a new job on Monday and have been up to my eyes in it!

Ok guys, this is all booked for Saturday. The course is holding up really well, all tees and greens are still in play, so no mats and no temporaries. Buggies are currently out of use, trollies are ok. They intend to lift the buggy ban for the weekend so there shouldn't be any problems. I will call them Friday to confirm the buggy situation, and as long as we don't have any more snow or a very severe frost on Friday night we will be ok.
They don't mind if people drop out at the last minute because of the buggy situation, even if it drops below 12 players they will still accomodate us.
First Tee time is 10.30, and we have 4 slots to accomodate 16 players.
I suggest we meet about 9-9.30 to get the tea/coffee and bacon roll.

See you all Saturday, lets hope it warms up a little!
