No, I ordered the McGard Spline lugs from SubyDude last year. As a thread like this on the site you know witch made me spend some unnecessary money. I wonder how often that has happened

F1 CJE UK 21 July 2008 07:33 PM

ha ha yep i agree £80o nuts seemed like agood idea at the time ha hamy mates thin i have gone mad.your winter ones i was on about they look mega clean are they the 1s that came with your car ?? they look brand new

SC008Y_MAD 21 July 2008 08:01 PM

Oh right. Yes and no. Those chrome nuts came with my current alloys (STi Ver.II) and were black, so I spent a afternoon polishing them with autosoul.

Aztec Performance Ltd 18 September 2008 04:30 PM

How did you guys fit yours without scuffing them?

I must be a little too heavy handed....

53 18 September 2008 04:35 PM

Torque Guns are a no no with these colour rays. Start with a clean wrench or smooth socket. My alloy socket with the spinning plastic cover is quite rough inside so I avoid using it on the rays. It doesn't take much to scuff them, don't feel too bad:)
