To be honest I have seen a few Lancia Delta HF's about without the Martini colors all over them and really the just don't look right!

I think that having your Scooby rally slagged up can look pretty good if done right.. but can look quite dated rather quickly...

Each to their own I guess.

all down to personal taste at the end of the day.

i think the impreza wears the full rally decals very well (but then i am biased)

its also what a lot of people assoiate the car with which again is why i think it works well.

And lets face it the impreza is hardly a work automotive beauty...its very harsh styling shouts look at me IMO the decals are just a continuation of the brashness that is the impreza.

I also like the fact that it makes the car unmissable.

I am fully aware that its certainly not to everyones taste but i don't really care! i love it and thats all that matters in my eyes

I have seen worse saw a bold guy in asda car park wearing Subaru 555 racing suiet in his decaled up scooby...

RS1800 (MKII Escort) nearly...
Mitsubishi had the TME all stripped up !

I'm not a huge fan, but wouldn't suggest it's wrong to do what you like to your own car...

I would put a Lateral sticker on my car discretely, only Mark won't let me ! LOL

P.S. As for clothing, the only quality waterproof I have is my (heavy-weight) Scooby jacket, came in useful on Ilkley Moor this morning, (and the hat !)... mostly for use in dank wet forests like Dalby, Kielder, et al.

As for the stickers, if done right they can look ok, personal choice at the end of the day.

Even better when they have the full WRC kit added aswell! :norty:

Agreed it does look nice, but at the end of the day it's just the same as a Rolex knock off on a beach in Spain.

Dan W 12 July 2008 12:35 AM

or does it?
